Return Eligibility
You may return your order within 3 days if your perfume arrives broken or damaged. The 3-day period starts from the day you or your appointed third party (not the carrier) receives the product.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Email us at basenoteperfumes@gmail.com with a clear statement of your decision to cancel and your order details.

  • Include an unboxing video to verify the damage.

  • Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and purchased within the last 30 days.

  • Unboxing video provided

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and associated risks.

  • We are not liable for lost or damaged returns during transit.

  • Refunds are issued upon our receipt of the returned item or delivery proof.
