1. Processing & Dispatch

  • Your order will be dispatched within 1–2 business days. In some cases, dispatch may take up to 7–8 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • We deliver across India.

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the order's weight.

3. Delivery Timeframes

4. Tracking Your Order

5. Shipping Costs & Refunds

  • All shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If you return an item, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

6. International Shipping

  • Currently not available. We hope to offer international shipping soon.

7. Delays & Lost Shipments

  • If your order is delayed, please first check your tracking information.

  • For continued delays or missing packages, contact us — we'll liaise with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.

8. Damaged Products

  • We package with the utmost care.

  • If your order arrives damaged, email us immediately with photos of the package and contents.

  • We'll provide options for replacement or refund as appropriate.

  • We cannot guarantee replacement or refund without tracking confirmation.
